		<description>Hey Ozzie!

My father reitired in Oz from Canada, in a little town called Cooroy.

Anyway, I hear ya on this one. It seems to be like getting in shape, hard to get in shape, easy to stay in shape. My 10 years in affiliate marketing have taught me that lesson as well.

If the site gets neglected, it is hard work to get it back up there, but easy to maintain a good level.

I would love to visit bonnie Australia again some time, and perhaps follow my fathers lead.

Beautiful!

Cheers, and good on ye!
