If you haven’t logged into your FaceBook account for a while, you may be in for a surprise. Awaiting me this morning was a note at the top of the page asking me to “try the new FaceBook”

I took the plunge and was immediately under-whelmed. The changes certainly aren’t earth shattering, but then again it would be difficult to change up things without messing up how the many many FaceBook apps appear on the page.

While the new interface is simpler and cleaner, I was expecting something a little more ….. wizz bang!

Overall I like the update and with more control over the display of your page, you can clutter it up just as much as you like. If you already have a FaceBook account you’ll be prompted to change when you login. Otherwise you can head over to www.new.facebook.com and check it out.
